We propose a \textbf{uni}fied \textbf{f}ramework for \textbf{i}mplicit \textbf{ge}nerative \textbf{m}odeling (UnifiGem) with theoretical guarantees by integrating approaches from optimal transport, numerical ODE, density-ratio (density-difference) estimation and deep neural networks.
