Deep generative model-driven multimodal prostate segmentation in radiotherapy

We show that generative neural networkbased shape modeling trained on a reliable contrast imaging modality (such as MRI) can be directly applied to low contrast imaging modality (such as CT) to achieve accurate prostate segmentation.
