We show the integrated $M_{\rm H_2}$-SFR, SFR-$M_*$ and $M_{\rm H_2}$-$M_*$ relation can be simply transformed from the $\mu$-sSFR, SFE-$\mu$ and SFE-sSFR relation, respectively.
